Dire environmental UN report
A dire environmental UN report, even after being softened by politicians, warns of shifting climate zones, massive coastal flooding, water shortages for more than 1/6th of the global population, and the extinction of 30% of species if temperatures rise by another 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Agricultural output will increase slightly as climate zones shift, then dwindle as droughts worsen. Scientists urge that there is still time to lessen these harmful effects... but politicians continue to dawdle and downplay risks.
